Photo Release Agreement: This registration grants AV Homes, ELM and
Solivita permission and unconditional rights to use, print, publish or allow to
be published my photographic or videographic image and/or likeliness for
promotional and/or advertising purposes without compensation, consent,
restrictions or limitations whatsoever. In consideration for the right to
participate, by purchase of this show registration, you release and discharge
AV Homes, ELM, and Solivita, their officers, directors, employees,
representatives and anyone else connected with the above of and from any and
all known damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause
whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant, spectator or their passenger
and/or their property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all
of the forgoing entities person, or bodies of and from all liability occasioned
or resulting from conduct of entries, spectators, workers or other
participants.*
